The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming correspondence, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Correspondence Management: Handle incoming mail, packages, and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Visitor Coordination: Create visitor badges, coordinate visitor schedules, and ensure a warm welcome for customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed training as an office management clerk or similar qualification.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
