Senior Information Security Consultant

At DataGuard, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Information Security Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our InfoSec team, you'll play a pivotal role in the continuous development of our InfoSec solution by working closely with our product team and ensuring that our product stays ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design new features and tools that make our platform even more effective and user-friendly.
- Advise our clients on all aspects of information security using our platform and help them identify and mitigate risks to their business.
- Create bespoke information security management systems (ISMS) 'from scratch' and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet our clients' ever-changing requirements.
- Act as a trusted partner to our clients and guide them through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001 and TISAX, giving them the confidence to operate securely.
- Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success team to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers to build strong relationships and drive growth.
- Share your expertise with less experienced colleagues and act as a mentor to ensure that the quality of our advice remains consistently high.

Requirements:
- You have already been able to gain sound professional experience in the areas of IT and information security.
- You have practical experience with management systems such as TISAX or ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2.
- You have already worked in customer-related roles (consulting, project management, customer support or similar).
- You have very good communication and presentation skills in excellent German and English.
- You have a process and customer-oriented mindset.
- You know the latest developments in IT and information security and are interested in data protection.
