About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Information Security to join our team at DataGuard. As a key member of our InfoSec SaaS product development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security management systems (ISMS) from scratch, providing ongoing support to our customers.
  • Lead our customers through the audit process for certifications such as TISAX and ISO 27001, establishing trust and credibility with our clients.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success Team to cross-sell and up-sell existing customers, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our InfoSec solution by providing valuable feedback to our product team.

Requirements
  • Hold sound professional experience in IT and information security.
  • Have practical experience with management systems such as TISAX or ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2.
  • Have worked in customer-related roles (consulting, project management, customer support or similar).
  • possess excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Have a process and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and information security and demonstrate interest in data protection.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IT-oriented studies or training.
  • Experience in SaaS or legal tech environment.
