About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager Coffee International to join our team. As a key member of our international product team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our international product range meets current consumer needs. You will be the key interface with our markets, leading a cross-functional team to ensure best-in-class and on-time delivery. You will develop and execute the NPD pipeline for international markets, develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of your brand, and manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for the brand and respective products.
Your Responsibilities- Ensure that our international product range meets current consumer needs.
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure best-in-class and on-time delivery.
- Develop and execute the NPD pipeline for international markets.
- Develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of your brand.
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for the brand and respective products.
- Build a comprehensive global network within the company and liaise closely with our national subsidiaries.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in economics, preferably with a major in marketing or strategic/international management. You should have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of FMCG or a lifestyle/premium brand, with ideally already worked internationally with knowledge of and experience in working with the MEA region. You should have a passion for consumer goods brands and a readiness to contribute creative concepts to the future of our brands. You should also have strong communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness, coupled with being a team player.
