About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager Coffee International to join our team. As a key member of our international product team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our international product range meets current consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute NPD pipeline for international markets
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure best-in-class and on-time delivery
- Develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of your brand
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for the brand and respective products
- Liaise closely with our national subsidiaries and ensure cooperation with countries and relevant headquarters departments
- Degree in economics, preferably with a major in marketing or strategic/international management
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of FMCG or a lifestyle/premium brand
- Passion for consumer goods brands and a readiness to contribute creative concepts to the future of our brands
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness, coupled with being a team player
- Business fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., German) being a plus
