Wir suchen eine/n Assistant Store Manager für unseren Store in Frankfurt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Die Unterstützung und Vertretung deines/deiner Store Manager:in
  • Die Repräsentation unserer Premium Lifestyle Marke als Markenbotschafter:in
  • Motivation deines Teams sowie die Nachwuchsförderung
  • Onboarding und die Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Die Sicherstellung und der Überblick aller Store-operativen Aufgaben
  • Der Umgang mit unseren Omni-Channel Systemen
  • Die Betreuung und der Aufbau von Stamm- und Neukunden:innen
  • Die Sicherstellung eines effizienten Warenmanagements sowie einer aktiven Flächensteuerung
  • Der Austausch mit Fachabteilungen wie Retail Operations, Retail Buying und Visual Merchandising
