Your Responsibilities:- Process incoming payments with precision and accuracy
- Clarify debit notes and underpayments with internal and external stakeholders
- Execute payment notices and reminders to ensure timely payments
- Internalize credit notes to maintain a seamless customer experience
- Liaise with customers to resolve open positions and payments
- Contribute to the creation of reports and analyses to inform business decisions
- Completed university degree in accounting or a comparable vocational degree in commerce
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections in an international environment
- Proficiency in Excel with a focus on data analysis and reporting
- Fluency in English required, with German proficiency an advantage
- Demonstrated analytical and business-oriented thought process
- Resilient and flexible with a hands-on approach
- Excellent organizational skills
