Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify debit notes and underpayments, ensuring accurate and prompt resolution.
  • Execute payment notices and reminders to customers, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
  • Internal clarification of credit notes to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve open positions and payments, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed university degree in accounting or a comparable vocational degree in commerce.
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English required, with German proficiency an advantage.
  • Dynamic, thorough, precise, and with a good understanding of numbers.
  • Analytical and business-oriented thought process.
  • Resilient and flexible with a hands-on mentality.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
