Aufgaben

Als Experten für IT-Personal und kaufmännische Fachkräfte in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und im Dienst- und Werkvertrag, unterstützen wir nationale sowie internationale namhafte Kunden aus der IT-Branche.

Unser Auftraggeber ist ein globales Technologieunternehmen mit über 168.000 MitarbeiterInnen und Standorten in über 50 Ländern. Als führendes IT-Unternehmen Deutschlands bietet er branchenübergreifend IT-Dienstleistungen sowie Technologieprodukte an und unterstützt führende Unternehmen bei der digitalen Transformation.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet Onsite Support.

Kenntnisse
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Field Service und der Unterstützung von Windows-/Endgeräte-Migrationen (Hardware, Software, Netzwerk)
  • Strukturiertes und diszipliniertes Vorgehen bei der Problemlösung
  • Migration von Daten vom Altgerät auf das neue Gerät
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Windows Betriebssystemen (Windows 7 & 10) und SCCM (Imaging)
  • Grundkenntnisse zu LAN- und WAN-Prinzipien
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
