About the Project: Our team is responsible for providing IT infrastructure and end-user support to our international clients. We work closely with our colleagues in different locations in Germany to ensure seamless support.

Our Team:
We are an international friendly team of 7 people, working together to provide top-notch support. Our team members are located in different parts of Germany, and we communicate effectively to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Technologies Used:
We utilize a range of technologies, including social engineering and other tools to provide effective support.

Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing workplaces for new employees
• Solving end-users issues locally and remotely
• Supporting local IT services, including file servers, print servers, AD, etc.
• IT supporting local events, such as teleconferences and meetings
• Business trips to other offices, if necessary
• Working with corporate systems, including servicedesk and svn
• Preparing IT documentation
• Communicating with suppliers

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Basic experience with end-user equipment, including laptops, PCs, monitors, printers, IP phones, and projectors
• Understanding of main components and upgrade procedures
• Troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of network technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, and troubleshooting
• Experience with SVN and other common end-user applications
• Work experience with Linux

Preferred Skills:
We are looking for candidates with advanced knowledge of MAC and experience with MS products support. Additionally, proficiency in English (C- Advanced) and German (A- Elementary) is required.
