Wir suchen in Vollzeit einen Polier zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die Abwicklung des Bauvorhabens zum geplanten Termin sicherzustellen.
  • Die fachliche Führung des Baustellenpersonals zu übernehmen.
  • Die Einhaltung und Überprüfung der Vorgaben aus Qualitätsmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz sicherzustellen.
  • Das Baustellentagebuch zu führen und die Bauleitung zu unterstützen.
  • Die Materialabruf und Bestellungen aus bestehenden Rahmenverträgen durchzuführen.
  • Die Umsetzung der Betriebsanweisungen sicherzustellen.
Ihr Profil
  • Eine Ausbildung als Meister, Polier oder Werkpolier abgeschlossen zu haben.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office zu besitzen.
  • Eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zu haben.
  • Teamfähig, kommunikativ, belastbar, flexibel zu sein.
  • Durchsetzungs- und Führungsfähigkeiten zu besitzen.
  • Ein Organisationstalent sowie kosten- und qualitätsbewusstes Denken und Handeln zu haben.
