About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Engineer to join our Hull, Machinery and TOCA section in Hamburg. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and network of stations around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders through our DATE tool
  • Provide technical support to customers and our network of stations
  • Perform remote Fleet in Service surveys according to rules and regulations
  • Conduct strength analysis of aged or damaged hull structures of marine vessels
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture or equivalent
  • Experience in structural FEA (preferred)
  • Familiarity with non-linear FE tools, such as Abaqus (advantage)
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Eager to learn and develop yourself
  • Organized administrative skills, systematic and structured
  • Service-minded, proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible with high professional and personal integrity
  • Ability to combine theoretical knowledge and practical skills
  • Good communication skills in English, verbally and in writing - Knowledge of German language highly preferred
