At SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™, we're revolutionizing the way businesses approach customer service by combining cutting-edge technologies like Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Large Language Models (LLMs). We're seeking a highly skilled Senior LLM Specialist to join our innovative startup and contribute to the development of advanced chat agents that leverage LLMs to provide automated and personalized customer support at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build intelligent chat agents that leverage LLMs to provide automated and personalized customer support
  • Own the LLM pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and high performance
  • Develop and optimize LLM applications using tools like Langchain or Llama Index
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate AI solutions with Computer Vision
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, with a deep understanding of the principles and practices that drive successful ML projects
  • Proven ability to code efficiently and effectively in Python, with a focus on developing scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Strong experience in prompt engineering, with a focus on maximizing the effectiveness of LLM outputs
  • Transformers and LLM landscape knowledge, with at least 2 years of experience in working within the transformers architecture and broader LLM ecosystem
