We're seeking a highly skilled Senior LLM Specialist to join our innovative team and help us transform the customer tech support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced LLM chat agents that leverage LLMs to provide automated and personalized customer support at scale.
  • Own the LLM pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and build intelligent chat agents that maximize the effectiveness of LLM outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the transformers architecture and broader LLM ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, with a deep understanding of the principles and practices that drive successful ML projects.
  • Proven ability to code efficiently and effectively in Python, with a focus on developing scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working with tools like Langchain or Llama Index, crucial for developing and managing LLM applications.
  • Strong experience in prompt engineering, with a focus on maximizing the effectiveness of LLM outputs.
  • Transformers and LLM Landscape Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in working within the transformers architecture and broader LLM ecosystem, with a solid understanding of NLP concepts.
