Job Title: Controlling Specialist

As a Controlling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of our international projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely execution of accounting and controlling activities, using the POC method.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement budget forecasts and long-term planning in collaboration with project managers.
  • Analyze and verify sales and profit distribution for the current year, identifying deviations and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present results discussions, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
  • Document projects according to accounting principles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide system support in the SAP system, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Act as the first point of contact for department management and specialist departments in project controlling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in project controlling, preferably more than 3 years.
  • Thorough knowledge of IFRS project accounting and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English skills.
  • Sound MS Office and SAP R/3 knowledge.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills, adaptability, and a meticulous work ethic.
