Job Title: Controlling Specialist

As a Controlling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of our international projects. Your primary responsibility will be to execute and coordinate accounting and controlling activities using the POC method.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement budget forecasts and long-term planning in collaboration with project managers.
  • Analyze and verify sales and profit distribution for the current year, identifying deviations and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present results discussions, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Document projects according to accounting principles, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide system support in the SAP system, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Act as the first point of contact for department management and specialist departments in project controlling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in project controlling, preferably more than 3 years.
  • Thorough knowledge of IFRS project accounting and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English skills.
  • Sound MS Office and SAP R/3 knowledge.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills, adaptability, and a meticulous work ethic.
