About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Mindpeak GmbH. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our AI-based digital pathology products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the C-Level team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Customer Insights: Understand customer workflows and pain points by working closely with customers, sales, and marketing. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration across our ML and Tech teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams.
  • Product Development: Prioritize features and oversee the development process to deliver impactful solutions with the desired functionality and quality.
  • Market & Product Launch: Stay ahead of market trends and competition. Drive successful product launches with strong go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in healthcare, with a proven track record of product success.
  • Foundational understanding of pathology or molecular biology, or the willingness and ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
