Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team at Arbeiten im Mercado Einkaufszentrum. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting merchandise.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
