Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Schiesser GmbH. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
