About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with company goals and values.
- Create and deliver high-quality internal communications content, including newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
- Train employees on the effective use of communication tools and ensure a clear and consistent internal communication.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant internal communication.
- Promote employee engagement, positive company culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through communications and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in creating compelling content for various platforms.
- Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and cultural sensitivity, with fluency in German and English.
