Ihre Aufgaben:- Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Berater für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in einem festen Betreuungsbereich
- Steuerung und die operative Umsetzung des Employee Life Cycle von A wie Attraction bis E wie Exit
- Schulung von Personal
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Implementierung strategischer HR-Programme und Verantwortung für die Durchführung wichtiger HR-Prozesse
- Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen sowie anderen internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Übernahme und Verantwortung von HR-Projekten
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen (Unterstützung mit Ideenreichtum und Kreativität für eine innovative und moderne Personalarbeit) Ihr Profil:- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbares
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der generalistischen Personalarbeit, vorzugweise im produktionsnahen Industrieumfeld
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und Praxisanwendung des Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrechts
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP HCM
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
