Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Analyst & Consultant to join our Competence Centre IT & Digital team at PHOENIX International Holdings GmbH. As a Power BI Analyst & Consultant, you will play a key role in establishing a PowerBI Service for the whole PHOENIX Group, monitoring and improving our service platforms, and developing reporting solutions for the company.

About the Role:

  • You will support the establishment of a PowerBI Service for the PHOENIX Group, including data preparation, report visualization, and dashboard development.
  • You will monitor and improve our service platforms, ensuring stable operations and performance.
  • You will automate processes using PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerShell.
  • You will develop reporting solutions for the PHOENIX Group and support clients in data preparation and analysis.
  • You will coach and consult business units to develop their own reporting solutions and enable them to become PowerUsers.
  • You will develop PowerAutomate flows for customers and support them in building their own flows related to their reporting solutions.

About You:

  • You hold a university degree, preferably in business informatics or a similar field.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Power BI Desktop, report visualization, dashboard development, and data preparation with PowerQuery, DAX, and SQL.
  • You have experience with PowerBI Service Administration and PowerAutomate.
  • You possess high analytical skills and understanding of business processes, as well as practical experience with coaching and consulting of business users.
  • You have knowledge of complex data warehouse databases like Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server.
  • You have knowledge of PowerShell, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft 365, R, or Python.
  • You have several years of experience in the area of business intelligence, ideally based on practical experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, SSRS, or Tabular Models with SSAS.
  • You are a team player, flexible, highly self-responsible, conscientious, customer-oriented, and result-driven in your work.
  • You have proficiency in English and good German language skills.
