Product Development Manager for Tractors and Implements

Your role in our team involves coordinating the product range of the Business Unit (BU) Tractors and Implements across all product units (PU) and developing a holistic target picture for the line-up of the BU product groups.
Key responsibilities include initiating, planning, and monitoring cross-PU development projects, as well as being the process owner of the Market Technology Alignment process.
Additionally, you will maintain and provide a global BU market segmentation, ensure PU PM customer insights along the product development process, and contribute to the development of methods of product-related customer clinics, surveys, and panels with corporate product strategy.
As a Product Development Manager, you will lead the product strategy, break it down on PU level, and ensure that product requirements are met within the guardrails.
Key qualifications include successfully completed technical studies in agricultural engineering, agricultural science, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar specialisation, as well as ideally experience in strategic product/programme management.
Product knowledge of agricultural machines is desirable, and you should have German at native speaker level and very good English language skills, with knowledge of other foreign languages being an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure are essential, as well as a careful, reliable, and independent way of working, flexibility, and willingness to travel on a regular basis.
