Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the product range of the Business Unit (BU) Tractors and Implements across all product units (PU). This involves developing a holistic target picture for the line-up of the BU product groups, initiating and planning cross-PU development projects, and maintaining and providing a global BU market segmentation.

Additionally, the Product Management Specialist will ensure PU PM customer insights along product development processes and contribute to the development of methods for product-related customer clinics, surveys, and panels with corporate product strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED TECHNICAL STUDIES IN AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING, AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR SIMILAR SPECIALIZATION
  • IDEALLY EXPERIENCE IN STRATEGIC PRODUCT/PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
  • PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINES DESIRABLE
  • GERMAN AT NATIVE SPEAKER LEVEL AND VERY GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER FOREIGN LANGUAGES IS AN ADVANTAGE
