SAP LeanIX is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer marketing end-to-end. You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ideate, build, and scale customer experience programs aimed at increasing the Community's loyalty and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a customer marketing strategy based on insights across segments, product, and personas while understanding the customer decision journey.
- Advance the Customer Community's maturity by working with Customer Success to up-level all existing community activities, including communication and interaction.
- Drive customer programs that align with overall business goals to build awareness, generate pipeline, accelerate activation, drive advocacy, and referrals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ideate, build, and scale customer experience programs.
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully driving customer marketing activities.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, analytics, business, or business informatics or similar.
- Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS.
