About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Expert to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across Europe Central (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement local marketing plans that align with business unit and regional strategies
  • Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns to reach and engage with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive marketing innovation and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital media strategies and their application in marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in speaking and writing
