Technology Development Project Manager for E-mobility Solutions

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects that focus on the development of Si and SiC technology for E-mobility. You will oversee a multi-site and multi-national team to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Plan, control, and execute development projects for SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT, and diode chip technologies across various Infineon sites.
- Technical Leadership: Keep the overview and manage technical interdependencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Risk Management: Conduct forward-looking risk management to proactively identify technical challenges and business opportunities.
- Project Management: Take on full project responsibilities by continuously assessing progress and adjusting the project plan.
- Stakeholder Management: Actively manage internal and external key stakeholders in an international environment, considering business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Form, guide, and motivate cross-functional project teams to create energy and commitment.
- Education: Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields. Specialization in semiconductor physics is a strong plus.
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, with 4 years as a project leader, preferably in chip technology development.
- Technical Skills: Solid technical understanding of power electronic device physics and/or wafer technology development (semiconductor processing).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to understand and lead in complex project situations, consolidating and presenting to senior management level.
- Communication Skills: Convincing communication and presentation skills.
- Certification: Project management certification (IPMA C) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills; German as a plus.
