About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Partnerships & Value Creation team at UnternehmerTUM. As a Junior Business Development Analyst Intern or Working Student, you will play a crucial role in driving our fund's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management – You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our internal founder data and processes.
  • Business Development – You will support our founders directly with business development topics, as well as with founder onboarding and education.
  • Partnerships – You will support in establishing and managing relationships with C-Level executives of our corporate partners.
  • Knowledge Management – You will be responsible for own project streams that support the build-up of our knowledge database.

About the Program

  • You will participate in a condensed apprenticeship program to learn the craft of venture capital at speed.
  • The program includes modules on deal sourcing, deal evaluation, investment process, and portfolio support.

About You

  • You are currently studying a graduate degree with good results at a university.
  • Preferred: First practical work experience in startups and/or venture capital, private equity, or consulting is preferred.
  • First experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are deeply passionate about startups, technology, and innovation.
  • You are collaborative, empathetic, and communicative – a true team player.
  • You have a high level of intellectual curiosity as well as a self-starter and growth mindset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German are a plus.
