Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer to join our talented team at Zoho Corporation Europe. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our European customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Product Expertise: Learn and master Zoho's suite of SaaS products to become a product expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to customers.
- Customer Support: Assist European customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Documentation: Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English and German Language (both written and verbal).
- Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of software programs; prior experience with SaaS products is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving product features.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
