About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Security Risk Management Specialist to join our team at TUI. In this role, you will conduct in-person security risk assessments across our business entities, utilizing intelligence to ensure that every assessment is conducted in line with TUI's standards, definitions, and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security risk assessments across our business entities, utilizing intelligence to identify potential risks and threats.
- Work with stakeholders to implement proportionate control measures, including physical security controls, policies, procedures, and training, as identified in the risk assessment.
- Review documentation to ensure that effective procedures are in place and recorded, to mitigate risk and/or respond to incidents.
- Identify training needs and signpost to internal or external training materials, or deliver in-person training as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support the entire cycle of risk management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Formal qualification in risk management (CSMP, SRMC) or equivalent.
- IT literacy with a minimum of GCSE education or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 31000.
- Strong writing and speaking skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is desirable.
