About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Security Risk Management Specialist to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for conducting in-person security risk assessments across our business entities, utilizing intelligence to identify potential risks and ensure that every assessment is conducted in line with TUI's standards, definitions, and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person security risk assessments across our business entities, utilizing intelligence to identify potential risks.
- Work with stakeholders to support the implementation of proportionate control measures as necessary, including physical security controls, policies/procedures, and training.
- Review documentation to ensure that effective procedures are in place and recorded, to mitigate risk and/or respond to incidents.
- Identify and signpost to internal or external training materials, or deliver in-person training as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to assist in achieving our security goals.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal qualification in risk management (CSMP, SRMC) or equivalent, as well as strong writing and speaking skills in the local language and English. You will also need to be IT literate, with a minimum of GCSE education or equivalent, and have knowledge and understanding of ISO 31000.
