Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our On-Site Support team at Airbus Helicopters in Laupheim, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our helicopter maintenance and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies to optimize aircraft availability and reduce downtime.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and quality control data.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • 3-year degree in a relevant field, such as aviation maintenance, engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
