Your tasks

Planning and coordination of the entire procurement process for special production materials (SFM) Monitoring costs and deadlines during procurement up to series production readiness Close coordination with production and internal customers Commissioning and coordination of external design services Obtaining offers for the manufacture of special production equipment Selecting suitable bidders and awarding contracts Organizing maintenance and servicing work for special production tools Supporting production with questions relating to tooling and production equipment

Your profile

Very good communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of information Team player and the ability to integrate into an existing team Good prioritization and time management skills when working on multiple projects Technical understanding to be able to provide good advice on specialist interfaces in the project At least 1 year of professional experience in purchasing At least 1 year of professional experience in engineering Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Catia V5 Business fluent in German and English
