Job Summary
Intellias is seeking a skilled TechOps Engineer to maintain and support the testing of automotive navigation systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware equipment maintenance, firmware updates, and application installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of hardware equipment in the laboratory or inside of the cars
- Firmware updates and application installation
- Execute manual Sanity/Smoke tests after the SW update
- Researching and finding optimal ways to resolve issues related to HW and SW on-site
- Producing daily and weekly reports
- Attending project-related ceremonies & meetings
- Daily presence in the customer facilities
- Business-casual look
Requirements
- Ability to learn new
- Ability to work independently and/or within the team
- Proven experience in hardware installation and maintenance procedures
- Proven system administration skills
- Hands-on experience with HW maintenance(rigs, cars SW update)
- Solid experience in troubleshooting
- Proficient in Linux/Unix systems and practical experience
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting
- Solid networking understanding (TCP/IP stack, Wi-Fi)
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Open-minded person
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Work permit for Germany, or EU citizenship
