- Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit for our business needs.
- Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability for our roles.
- Pipeline Pro: Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Business Partner: Collaborate with our business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers and driving business outcomes.
- Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp and effective.
- Employer Branding Champion: Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on social media, showcasing our company culture and values.
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of successful talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates.
- Sourcing Specialist: Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication Maestro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections with candidates, hiring managers, and our business teams.
- Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively, navigating complex recruitment challenges.
