We are currently looking to enhance our established team with a Transaction Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Sourcing and Transaction Oversight:
- Assist Team Leaders throughout the entire transaction lifecycle across Germany, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, transaction execution, and post-closing management.
- Take charge of smaller real estate transactions under the guidance of the Team Lead.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with various departments and external advisors to ensure successful deal progression.
- Oversee the data collection and analysis process, managing the data collection team and transaction analysts to ensure accuracy and perform sanity checks on data rooms.
- Supervise due diligence and Q&A processes, maintaining open lines of communication with advisors.
- Conduct regular market research and stay informed on relevant market trends.
- Perform financial and feasibility assessments, and prepare comprehensive business plans.
- Draft letters of intent and other pertinent transaction documentation.
- Engage with investors effectively.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key market participants (brokers, advisors, sellers, joint venture partners, etc.) to generate investment opportunities.
Reporting Duties:
- Compile detailed presentations and reports for senior management, investors, and board members.
- Effectively communicate investment opportunities, analyses, and recommendations within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Transactions or Asset Management within the commercial real estate sector. Exceptions may be made for recent graduates (Master's degree) with a focus on real estate and business administration, provided they have excellent academic records and relevant internship or working student experience in real estate firms.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Strong proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
