Job Description

Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that offers medicines and medical products for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the CEO and other senior executives.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including financial data, personnel records, and other sensitive materials.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity software.
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
