Job Title: Finance & Strategy Lead (m/f/x)

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key player in our financial strategy and operations, you will have a significant impact on our future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead fundraising efforts, crafting compelling narratives and engaging with investors to secure grants and public funding opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to drive financial planning, reporting, and fundraising efforts.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage financial operations, including accounting, tax, and treasury management, while implementing solid internal controls and policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a solid track record in investment banking, management consulting, or leadership roles in dynamic startups.
  • A strong background in finance, with an MBA being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex data and facilitate informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Innovative thinker, with the ability to tackle challenges with creativity and a proactive approach.
  • Team player, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward shared objectives.
