Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our dynamic team at tozero. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities include driving fundraising efforts, collaborating with investors, and overseeing financial planning and operations. You will also be responsible for managing our finance functions, including accounting, tax, and treasury management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in investment banking, management consulting, or leadership roles in dynamic startups.
  • A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with our CEO and leadership team to drive business growth and development.
  • A passion for sustainability and a commitment to our mission to build a scalable lithium-ion battery recycling machine.

Tozero is a European startup recycling lithium-ion batteries and on a mission to build a scalable lithium-ion battery recycling machine to recover critical materials in a sustainable way. We have raised €3.5m in our pre-seed round and are looking for talented individuals to join our team.
