Job Title: Preboarding Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Preboarding Specialist to join our team at Cielo. As a member of our Bridge Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and track candidate orders to ensure timely completion.
• Review submittals against job requisition and candidate application for compliance.
• Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for our partners.
• Complete welcome calls and emails to all candidates to provide a positive onboarding experience.
• Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
• Provide excellent service to candidates, client teams, and clients by responding quickly to all inquiries.
• Assist vendors with completion of required checks when necessary.
• Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.
• May assist with building new client audit detail procedures for the review of candidate orders, including auditing candidate orders and ensuring requirements of a position and client standards are established in appropriate technology tools.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing customer service and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.

Work Environment: This role is based in the Berlin region and requires standard office hours. Fluency in German and English languages is required.
