Preboarding Coordinator

At Cielo, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Preboarding Specialist to join our Bridge Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities.

• Enter and track candidate orders to ensure timely completion.
• Review submittals against job requisitions and candidate applications for compliance.
• Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for our partners.
• Provide excellent service to candidates, client teams, and clients by responding quickly to all inquiries.
• Assist vendors with completion of required checks when necessary.
• Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due dates.
• May assist with building new client audit detail procedures for the review of candidate orders.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing customer service and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
