Procurement Strategist

At Blackbird Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to drive our global procurement strategy and optimize our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Analyze and optimize purchasing costs, working closely with Sales to drive pricing analysis
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on change management and process optimization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive implementations and transformation projects
* Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
