Procurement Strategist

At Blackbird Talent Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to drive our global procurement strategy and optimize our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy to enhance our supply chain efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform Purchasing into a strategic business partner
* Design and execute projects that consider our entire value chain
* Ensure procurement governance aligns with regulations and compliance
* Provide transparent purchasing cost analysis and support pricing strategies with Sales
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related field
* Proven experience in change management and a strong affinity for numbers
* Fluency in English and German
Requirements:
* High level of initiative to drive implementations and transformation projects
* Structured and reliable approach as a team player
