Data Centre Opportunities

Oracle is seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Data Centre team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Data Centre Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our data centre infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for data centre infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware and software
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams
  • Understand internal customer problems and provide technical solutions in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support and server administration
  • Strong knowledge of data centre design, including electrical and cooling plant and operation thereof
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
