Supply Chain Coordinator for U.S. Army Europe and Africa

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of supply chain activities, including receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying inventory levels and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and optimize inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of supply chain-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
