About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead a significant part of our ONE template implementation. This is a unique opportunity to harmonise business processes and drive the delivery of projects across multiple teams and countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement projects according to our project management methodology, ensuring milestone sign-off within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate closely with our steering committee and sponsor to drive project delivery.
- Ensure completion of all functional and project management deliverables assigned to internal or external consulting resources.
- Monitor and report progress, managing resolution of implementation issues.
- Align with other projects/initiatives on a local scale, ensuring successful delivery.
- Manage allocation of business resources to work packages and deliverables.
- Ensure scope and organisational change management aspects of the implementation have been identified, signed-off, planned, and successfully executed by the local team.
- Coordinate collaboration between our central delivery team and local implementation team.
Requirements
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in IT project management or consulting.
- FMCG experience is a plus.
Desirable Qualifications
- Project Management certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) would be a plus.
- Lean/Six Sigma skills desirable.
Skills Required
- Experience in managing the introduction of IT solutions within an organisation (Infor solution would be ideal, but not required).
- Consistently seek to improve processes and effectively bring people through change.
- Thorough and reliable way of working.

- High degree of initiative and willingness to go the extra mile where required.
- Strong results orientation and internal drive to get things done.
- Good communication skills verbally and written.
- Leadership of internal and external teams without direct reporting lines.
- Experience in managing a project team or a sub-project team.
Additional Requirements
- Influencing skills.
- Proven experience in managing implementation or deployment of complex IT templates within an organisation.
- Sound experience in application of a Project Management Methodology.
- Sound MS Office skills, including MS Project.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must, any further language spoken within Intersnack is considered a plus.
- Good presentation skills.
- Experience in facilitating teams working in multiple locations and in parallel project phases.
Travel Requirements
We are a global organisation with a presence in over 30 countries. As a Project Director, you will be required to travel frequently, with an expected level of travel of approximately 4 days per week.
