Main Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and delivery of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Managing Director in their role and supporting the company's objectives.
  • Managing the creation of a financial business case and analyzing problem and opportunity statements to prepare estimates for approval.
  • Tracking and reporting on project costs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Leading a team through the project lifecycle, including setting team members' objectives and carrying out performance reviews.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and providers.
  • Managing a team of external suppliers and working closely with Supply Chain Services for supplier selection.
  • Rigorously managing scope through a structured change management process to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Creating and validating financial forecasts and providing ongoing reconciliation of resources and expenditures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time with quality and consistency.
  • Ensuring appropriate stakeholder change and communication plans and engagements are developed and executed.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to validate the project's strategic business case, define success metrics and criteria, and identify, measure, and sustain planned vs. achieved benefits.
  • Identifying and addressing major factors, assumptions, and risks that may influence project direction and success.
Main KPI's

The Project Manager will be measured on the following key performance indicators:

  • Successful delivery of agreed projects, on-time and to budget.
  • Timely reporting as agreed.
  • On-time delivery and accuracy of content for business reviews.

  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented, with an operational 'hands-on' attitude.
  • High-quality standards, accuracy, and risk awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially within a multicultural global organization.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and self-motivating personality.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Experience in collaboration with product management or requirement engineering teams.
  • Excellent German and English language skills (oral and written).
