We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman in the Craftsmanship to lead our team of craftsmen in the Heinsberg, Euskirchen, and Aachen region.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of craftsmen to achieve high-quality results and meet customer expectations
  • Planning and coordinating the deployment of personnel and resources to ensure efficient project execution
  • Managing the organizational process of craftsmanship, including personnel deployment, provision of goods and materials, and customer communication
  • Acting as a liaison between our company, customers, and team members to ensure smooth order processing
  • Monitoring team performance and providing support to team members in daily work with customers on-site

Requirements:

  • Completed professional training as a floor/parquet layer, interior decorator, carpenter, or painter (m/f/d)
  • Driver's license class B
  • Prior experience in team leadership is desired
  • Friendly demeanor and independent work style
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Hands-on mentality
