Craft Team Supervisor

As a Craft Team Supervisor (m/f/d) , you will lead a dedicated group of craftsmen in the Heinsberg, Euskirchen, and Aachen regions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Effective leadership of your craftsman team
• Strategic planning of team deployment based on workload, skills, and location
• Autonomous management of all organizational aspects of craftsmanship, including staffing, supply of materials, and client communication
• Acting as a key communicator in project execution between our store, clients, and your team
• Assessing your team's performance based on productivity and quality standards
• Providing on-site support to your team in daily customer interactions

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a floor/parquet layer, interior designer, carpenter, or painter (m/f/d)
• Valid driver's license class B
• Experience in team leadership is preferred
• Friendly attitude and ability to work independently
• Proficient in the MS Office suite
• Hands-on approach to work
