Electrical Engineering Expert

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineering Expert to fill the position of Senior Analog Layout Engineer at our Munich office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced CMOS and BiCMOS process technologies, collaborating with expert designers and international partners to create innovative ASIC solutions.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering and possess excellent communication skills. They should be proficient with Cadence Layout Tools for analog and mixed-signal layout and have a good understanding of parametrised and scripted layout generation.
Responsibilities- Create low-power analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for sensor and communication systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop groundbreaking ASIC solutions
- Mentor junior circuit designers, integrating layout design into their development process
- Supervise students working on Bachelor's and Master's theses
- Holds an above-average degree in electrical engineering
- Possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment
- Has tape-out experience with advanced CMOS processes
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit layout performance and quality aspects
- Is proficient with Cadence Layout Tools for analog and mixed-signal layout
- Has a good understanding of parametrised and scripted layout generation (advantage)
- Is familiar with CAD environment setup for mixed-signal design (advantage)
